My story
At 22, I thought fear would control my life.
Panic attacks became my daily existence. I was terrified of dying, convinced I wasn’t worthy of life. I pushed myself to the edge, I did everything in my power to perform in life, to be worthy enough, but the pressure was too high. I burned out, physically, mentally, emotionally. I was so lost in life on how I was going to feel better.
But I kept this image in my mind that that's where I wanted to go. Simply because I couldn't live like that much longer. I fought relentlessly. Untill I realized something: the real fight wasn’t against fear, it was against my resistance to it.
Through trial and error, I found methods that helped me get better untill I found freedom and peace.
Now I help others do the same using the following structure :
1. Get Clear on Cause: We'll stop the uncertainty and overwhelm when we find your root cause of the problem.
2. Rewire the Brain: We'll stop running in circles when we rewire your brain so you break free from the negative patterns.
3. Integrate New Lasting Beliefs: We'll get rid of the negative beliefs by finding trust in yourself so you take on everything!
